Whether you are booking for your yearly check-up or for a specific procedure and/or condition, our staff are dedicated to helping you get the care you deserve and guiding you along the way.

Our patients are seen by appointment only. We will do our best to accommodate booking dates/times while seeing patients on or near schedule. However, please keep in mind that emergencies may unfortunately occur. In that case, we will do everything we can to maintain accuracy in our scheduling, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 

For all patients who are scheduled for a procedure, we ask that you have someone with you to drive you there and home safely.

Now you can check in several days before your appointment using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.  

That’s right, no more paper forms to fill out!

Here’s how it works:

• 3 days before your appointment, you’ll receive a text or email with a secure link to check in
• Follow the instructions for providing the information we need for your upcoming appointment
• You’ll also have the chance to update your medical information, pay your co-pay, and sign any necessary forms
